Dianna Raedle is the CEO/President and Founder of Deer Isle Group, an innovative investment banking and advisory firm specializing in global growth strategies and complex capital solutions. With over 15 years of experience, Dianna has raised over $5 billion in private placement capital through Deer Isle's broker/dealer subsidiary. Prior to founding Deer Isle, Dianna co-founded Millennium Americas, where she managed private capital transactions across the Americas, focusing on Latin America. Her expertise in structured finance was honed at institutions including CS First Boston, SBC Warburg, and Citibank, where she worked in London and Switzerland. Dianna holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Princeton University. She is actively involved in various boards and advisory committees, including OceanGate, the Princeton University Entrepreneurship Council Alumni Advisory Board, and the Harvard Business School Club of NY.

My journey began at Bankers Trust and later at Deutsche Bank, where I honed my skills and knowledge in investment management. Today, I am proud to be a part of the Family Office at Allied Group, where we focus on investments in cutting-edge sectors such as EV infrastructure and Green technologies.
